Having problems logging in? This simple guide should help you get that problem sorted quickly, or enable you escalate it to the right person.
My password doesn't work or I've forgotten my username
- Try resetting your password -- if that doesn't work, email membership@fsf.org
- This problem has been remedied by removing all cookies from the .fsf.org domain.
How do I get a username?
Two ways:
- Join the Free Software Foundation as an associate member -- This is the best way to get an account -- for a small monthly or yearly donation, you can support our work.
- Register for a non-associate member account.
All other problems
- Write to membership@fsf.org
