IceCat allows you to customize fonts and font sizes, along with the foreground, background, and hyperlink text colors.

Set a default font by selecting the "Default font" dropdown menu, or select "Advanced..." to choose a different default font for serif, sans-serif, and monospace fonts.

In the "Advanced..." font menu, you may also select a font for different languages in the "Fonts for" dropdown menu. You may also select a fallback text encoding method.

You may change the background and foreground colors with the "Colors..." button. Choose the colors you want and whether or not to underline links. To see the changes you made in the colors dialog, select "Always" in the "Override the colors specified by the page with your selection above" dropdown menu.
