Activite?

I am uncertain if this ("discussion") is the right place for this, but there seems to be no other place to do it.

Is this group active? If so, do you ever meet? If not, do you want to meet?

I didn't figure out how to add oneself to 'members', but I wish to be. Can anyone help out?

Hi GNUbahn. I've added your username to the members variable of the Infobox Group template so you are now listed in the infobox. Don't know about activity, though, not much seem to be happening here. I've personally never attended any meetups but something seems to have been going on in the FSFE Aarhus Local Group at some point. Would be interesting to meet with some of you but I guess I won't be able to attend much if it'll be the usual Aarhus/Copenhagen locations as I'm mostly near Esbjerg.

Languagechoice

I propose that we write in English on the talk page. Mostly to make it easier for mods or admins to solve disputes. I do agree that it will probably look somewhat silly though. Smoelf 08:46, 27 January 2012 (EST)

Having been using FOSS since 2006 I suggest we get things moving in our little part of the world.

For starters I suggest that we coordinate some effort into getting more members to our LPD, LibrePlanetDenmark.

For all I care we can write in Swahili on this page as long as it is drawing in more members - Will it be alright to announce a search for more members on different forums, Like UbuntuDanmark, Debian Forums and so on, no matter which distro people are using, so long as they join up?

Frankly speaking it doesn't matter whether you run Debian, Ubuntu, Slack or Mepis as long as you are in for the FOSS of things.

Let us show the public what unity can achieve.

Look, this group is immensely inactive. I naively created the page some four years ago in the hope that magic would happen, but I didn't actually do anything.
