We want your input for this spring's three day free software meeting of the minds/hack-a-thon. This year we'll be including a continuation of the discussion begun in September 2009 on [http://groups.fsf.org/wiki/Womenscaucus/index increasing women's participation in free software]. You may also want to take a look at what we covered at [http://www.fsf.org/associate/meetings/2009/index_html last year's event], in particular the [http://groups.fsf.org/wiki/LibrePlanet2009/OpenConferenceSchedule Open Conference day].

Friday, March 19th -- Hacking on projects which will be announced in advance, please bring a laptop 
 
Saturday, March 20th -- Address by RMS and other featured speakers (aka traditional conference format) 
 
Sunday, March 21st -- Activism track focused on diversifying participation in free software and other unconference-style conversations/presentations/activities to be decided with input from participants.

Hi! Welcome to the planning page for Libre Planet Conference 2010!

We want your input for this spring's three day free software meeting of the minds/hack-a-thon. This year we'll also be hosting a GNU Hackers Meeting and a a track featuring presentations from women in free software increasing women's participation in free software. Plus we will have an address from our founder and Board president Richard M. Stallman.

We have space for only 250 attendees, so please register soon to secure your place! FSF members attend for free with non-members paying $60 -- so why not become a member? Everyone who attends receives a LibrePlanet 2010 t-shirt.
