Exhibitor application

LibrePlanet is the perfect place to spread the word about your organization to an inspired and engaged audience. Exhibitor tables will be located in a highly visible primary thoroughfare for both of the two days of the conference. In addition to receiving a table, each exhibitor will be featured in a conference program ad that will reach hundreds of software developers, free software activists, academics, students, and computer users.

The deadline to apply for is January 31st, 2013. Update: Deadline extended through Wednesday, February 5th!  We will get in touch once we receive your application. If you have questions, please contact campaigns@fsf.org. Please note we offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations.

Here is a list of the kinds of groups that might exhibit at our conference:

  • Free software related organizations
  • Free software projects
  • Businesses offering hardware that the FSF endorses or certifies
  • Companies that provide free software services
  • Colleges and universities

Tables

All exhibits will include:

  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • Wireless Internet
  • Organization's name listed in the conference program
  • Display table
  • Two folding chairs
  • Exhibitor sign

Exhibits for nonprofit organizations cost $250. Exhibits for for-profit organizations cost $800.

Exhibitors, please review the following exhibit-hall guidelines:

  • The Free Software Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline exhibit applications on a case-by-case basis. Products and services in the exhibit hall must meet the FSF's criteria.
  • Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Exhibitors must follow our anti-harassment policy.
  • Logistical details, including shipping information, will be provided at a later date.
