My name is Friedel (fɹiːdəl) Völker (fœlkəɹ) and I started being interested in regional wikis in 2005. As this kind of wikis spread all around the world I started to collect informations about all european projects - and now want to build a hub for them under the label "European Regiowiki Society". The first action is to start a regular open conference called RegioWikiCamp (see invitation box/link below). Hope to meet you there.
