Clarifying talk addition instructions

I added my talk to the page, following the format used for Neil McGovern's talk. I see the instructions say "If you would like to give a talk, please add a title, short description and (optionally) your name to the time slot you'd like below", but I didn't see any time slots yet. I'd be happy to add it to a time slot if/when those are posted.

Also, it was unclear to me whether I should be adding my talk to the "Scheduled" section or not, since my talk hasn't been approved or anything (so maybe it's presumptuous of me to say it's "Scheduled"). But since that's where the one existing talk was, I put it there. Feel free to move it, or tell me to do so.
