Pub was very busy because of Christmas so the meeting was run informally.

WordCamp UK 2010 Manchester bid
Tim not sure what 'supporting the bid' requires us to do. Might just be that we say we are supporting the bid.
ACTION: - Tim to clarify what supporting the bid requires.
Speakers
Tim to continue chasing speakers. Mike to fill schedule with his talks with them marked as 'Provisional' after January, if alternative speakers are found then will make way for them.

University societies
Luke not present and hasn't reported back so not sure of status. Think it was said that Luke will come to Christmas party with updates.
Merchandise
Tim to get stickers we've run out of and new stickers from FSF.
ACTION: - Tim contact FSF about stickers.
Bank Account
Leslie got forms filled in. Mike to fill in last bit and submit.
ACTION: - Mike to submit bank forms.
