Promote Free Software in Kosova/Wiki

The Progress

There are 2 Active GNU/Linux User Groups in Kosovo already and they hold weekly meeting the GNU/Linux User Group in Gjakova lead by Heroid Shehu Holds weekly meetings at the Local library, they have installed GNU/Linux Distributions at the library computers, they give away free cd's and stickers, there's also FLOSSK Prishtina the other GNU/Linux User Group which is in a good progress but they still dont have Computers so they hold they're meetings at the Dit e nat Caffe, Heroid Shehu also started the translation of SUGAR the operating system of the OLPC you can see and help in the progress of the translation here: http://translate.sugarlabs.org/sq he also started the translation of http://apertium.org the free translation tool it is still experimental, a conference has been held in Kosovo in 28 and 29 August 2009 more info about the conference http://kosovasoftwarefreedom.org.
