issues i would like to bring up which may or may not have already been covered but probably wouldn't hurt on being re gone over:
- relationship with: FSF, FSFE, AFFS, FSUK, mattl
- UK wide free Software Network
speaker for may- upcoming speakers
- online presence (multiple mediums)
- status of videoing//recording talks
- relationship with OOSG and all the people i forgot about before who are semi-in the same field
- structure (sward has some suggestions there i see)
- location of meetings (i am not keen on lecture theatres)
rms in manchester- relationship with other techie communities in manchester (i have strong views on this)

- Organisation (as tdobson says, yeah, there are some ideas):
At least chairperson (facilitator)- If we are going to officially set up as an organisation of some sort Companies House / Charity Commission impose some extra requirements on organisation.
