Talk: When is digital inclusion good?

The point of this page

I started this page because I don't want to lose some links about the harms of computers on children.

I hope the page will gather links and info to help people to make the case that "digital inclusion" isn't something that we should run towards with our eyes closed.

Health issues are outside the scope of this wiki, so I don't want to develop those aspects too much, but it's important to have a scientific basis for arguing that technology isn't without problems, and thus open the discussion where loss of freedom can be talked about.
