Things that went well:

TALK DO NOT BE SHY
Lunch: probably too much on the carbs.
NO REALLY WHAT WAS GOOD?
I thought it was really good that there were so many women represented at a free software conference.
I really liked the panel (SAYS HANNA)
- How we can make use of "good" competitiveness (had not thought about it in that particular way before)
- Lots of interesting ideas came up..
- Awesome.
I think that it's great that there were lots of men there as well. Considerable upswing on everyone being interested.
Disappointed that I had to choose this over other stuff. Me too, Asheesh.
Selena volunteers to help put the schedule together next year.
GOOD JOB DEB on taking care of the disruptive gentleman.
- (analogy about lighting self on fire in fire safety course)
- Good wakeup call that there is a problem :)
Panel was really helpful -
- Good to articulate problem
- But lets move on to talking about solutions.
- Talking about solutions is awesome.
Encouraging women to give talks about the stuff that they work on
Having a lot of specific resources listed (websites, organizations listed) was good
As much about community as it was about diversity

What would you like to see at an event in the future:

A shy people's caucus
- are we more comfortable using different technology platforms
Recruit more women from commercial conferences to speak here

Things we'd like to change for next time:

Hacking meetings were "semi-private" -- could we open those up a bit to people who learn for the first time?
(students from Lincoln tech.. would have stayed longer if participation aspect was managed a bit more, intro level)
Intro to command line - would have been nice to have intermediate level talks
- lincoln tech dug that talk
When promoting talks, provide a spectrum so that people know what they are in for (beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)
Friday: had an ad hoc unconference - would have been nicer to have whiteboards & more coordinated unconference
Talk to people more about what their work environment is
- window managers, screen, email, what tools do you use
- great panel idea :)
Free software show and tell
- Light lightning talks, but talk about some new cool thing, or new website - promote your own stuff
Lightning talks could have used slides -> two vga outputs
If something is longer than 1 hour, have a coffee break in there somewhere
During breaks, circulate around and let people know that talk is starting again
Coordinate endings of talks so that the breaks were at the same time
More discussions like this, more participation from everyone

Ideas for events and initiatives:

Other initiatives? (summit, meetings on irc, this event within an event.. what else?)
other places: Seattle, Chicago, Philly, Ann Arbor, San Francisco, Portland, OR :) :) :) Oh fine. Los Angeles too.
Problem: fragment the initiative
Extend ourselves into other conferences (OSCON, Makerfaire, Barcamps)
Take just the women's caucus piece into other conferences
Add something to the wiki that explains how to add/embed this type of thing in another conference

General LibrePlanet OTHER FEEDBACK: BRING IT ON.

Danny: Scheduling confusion.
Make schedule block layout
Confused by the wiki - missed information (had no idea about the keysigning :/)
NICE: That it was self-organized
Auto-subscribe to a mailing list when you register
Send email to people asking them to put stuff on the wiki
gnu-hackers meeting was closed. Maybe have it offsite, so that if someone walks in the room they're not turned away. Or make the calendar more clear.
Use open conference ware for organizing the conference OCW
Offer closed and open days for getting involved with GNU hackers
After conference hacking! WOOO! YAY!
