Here are the chips on the top of the PCB. I didn't disassemble it enough to see the bottom because the connectors seemed really fragile (they even had glue inside them) so if I do, I fear that I won't be able to put everything back in place.
Note that you need a big screen to view properly the markings as it will line-break with smaller screens
