The people there didn't think I had enough Linux experience. So, I went and got some. Doing that - and blogging about it - and moved me here to Boston almost 4 years ago. My interest in Free Software was fired up by Apple's announcement of the iPad. I consider the extension of the exclusive software distribution paradigm of the App Store into another product line among the most dangerous moves in computing today. |
