Questions about LibrePlanet Alabama talk page, templates and throttling
Hello Ian. Hope you are having a good day. Could you please create a talk page for LibrePlanet Alabama as well as a Template:AL page so that users from Alabama can display their group affiliation? Or better yet allow me to create pages without having to wait until the anti-spam measures wash over my account? I also have issues with throttling because I have been making rapid changes to various pages.
