I am in Tor bay, Devon, UK. The Devon and Cornwall region is quite rural and not easy to get around. I would like to start a more local free software group to help kick start something in the area,

It would probably be better to set up a LibreLocal group in Torbay / South Devon. In the meantime there is the Devon & Cornwall GLUG
