The RTC maintains a version of the Ubuntu installation CD geared towards security and anonymity, as well as packages for various anonymity programs. This is currently undergoing stability testing and is thus unreleasable -- the only way we could distribute a 700MB file is over BitTorrent, and we can't update a file inserted into BitTorrent.
The RTC also maintains Debian-type packages of various anonymity networks and tools useful for activists. You can install them from our [Launchpad PPA->https://launchpad.net/~tedks/+archive/ppa].
