Not including packages from non-free distro non-free repository
I've seen packages included in free distros which Debian includes in its non-free repositories. These packages include non-modifiable essays in their documentation, non-modifiable game data, or use patented algorithms (some others are modified in free distros to not use optional nonfree dependencies).
Since we already warn that packages on the List of software that does not respect the Free System Distribution Guidelines might be free in these distros, mentioning this issue in the point about not including big-distro-non-free packages could be also helpful. mtjm 11:37, 12 June 2011 (EDT)
