Investigating running a satellite conference for LibrePlanet 2020 in Canada. This would enable increased participation both by Canadians and also anyone who cannot or does not wish to enter USA (if they are ok with Canada).

- Out: they absolutely will not do the kind of weekend rental we need

- Seems perfect so long as they don't book up before event date is announced
