I am interested in working with others to spread the use of free software. Unfortunately, I live abroad and, as such, I'm limited by my non-fluent grasp of local languages (ie, there's no way I could petition a local government/university/organization to use free software). Nonetheless, I'm interested in finding other free software users in the Barcelona area, even if it's just to meet up, drink some beers and hack on some software!
