Welcome electronic traveler! My name is Rob Smith, a senior PHP and MySQL web developer located in the greater Seattle area. I'm always looking for work, so feel free to check my resume and toss me a message. I tend to specialize in high traffic/high availability websites, but my skills are just as useful for smaller sites. I also have a fair bit of system administration experience with Linux and *BSD servers, including web clustering, load balancing, active fail over, and general networking.
I'm also a firm beliver in Free and Open Software. I'm a member of the Free Software Foundation, and a official developer for MythTV, a open source PVR platform. I tend to do most of my hobby programming as GPL or LGPL, and a selection of that can be found in my project tracker.
