How to choose them

The number of GNU projects which support plugins is bigger than I thought.

For GNU Generation, it would be best to emphasize programs that 13-18 year beginner programmers already use. GnuCash or GCC plugins are probably not a good starting point, but GIMP or Emacs plugins would probably be good, especially because they have visible results. Ciaran 18:54, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
