Installing LiveCode 6 (community edition

Installing LiveCode 6 in Debian 7 (Wheezy) GNU/Linux

  1. Get the installer (see above)
  2. From the file browser (Nautilus), locate the installer file, right-click on it, choose Properties and under the Permissions tab choose Allow executing file as program
    1. If you are using 64-bit, see this forum thread
  3. Double-click on the installer file
