User, is a privilege given to everyone who has an account registered on LibrePlanet Wiki. The same, is granted automatically, so everyone is automatically included.
In addition to the rights of anonymous users (everyone), registered users can edit unprotected articles, mark edits as 'minor' and perform 'purges' (clear the server cache). New users cannot move titles, create pages, and are subject to some limitations.

Getting More Privileges
The "User" group only, contains the basic privileges, to ensure security and anti-vandalism on the wiki. For the user to get more privileges, he must have at least 04 days of registration and ten edits to get the user group Autoconfirmed users.
