(03:32:18 PM) ru...: the wiki publishing parts are a bit confusing

(03:32:31 PM) ru...: eg: in the summary section please write the name of the video you are transcribing and then provide the link to the transcription file under the transcription section

(03:33:06 PM) ru...: also, it is missing the how to make the transcription itself, right? shouldn't it mention how to make a subtitle from a video, as in using a subtitle editor tool?
