Well... I can't find the upload link following the instructions below (taken from the Getting Started page).
"upload your file to the wiki's upload feature in the toolbox section (the wheel) of the blue menu bar"
I Suppose the "wheel" is the gear that is in the same blue bar as the Edit, Group and Discussion links.
