Changes to deliverables from original version

• Potentially cut one infographics
• Prioritize Windows and GNU/Linux versions only over Mac version, no Android version

5/5-9

• Phone meeting with designers
• Zak sends designers the textual draft and the ideas for visual aids

5/12-16

• Zak out
• Designers work on guide, get visual first draft to us by beginning of next week

5/19-23

• Meet again, plan coming weeks
• Zak reviews designer's ideas and quickly get back to them with feedback

5/26-30

• Designers create final draft incorporating feedback from first draft and latest version of guide text

6/1-6

• Tweaking, prep for launch
• Launch on Thursday June 5th
