TODO: Address Dead Links

These page has a lot of dead links.

Looking at the history, it seems like everything was just copied over from the Media Goblin wiki, which is here: https://wiki.mediagoblin.org/Main_Page

What needs to be done: 1. Perhaps we just delete this page and direct people to the MG wiki page OR 2. we update these links to be external links to respective pages on MG wiki
