None, everyone knows each other.

Last Meeting

Minutes not done. Explained that it was just Llewyn and Mike and was mostly Mike explaining MFS to Llewyn. Minutes of last meeting dated 14th March 2011 were approved as correct by Michael. Manchester/2011-03-14/Minutes.

Announcements and other business

Team

Mike explains its a team effort. Everyone can help out.

Speakers

April have PPUK and May have Puppet. But need June & July. Mike suggests that people 'get out there' to find speakers. Use micro blogging to advertise. June - Freedombox - Sam T?

ACTION: - All look for Speakers.

Post-OK Computer

Have event about getting help.

ACTION: - Llewyn to make it happen. Speak to Les P and Anna.

Manchester University Society

J.P. has not done. Needs to fill in the forms.

ACTION: - J.P. to fill in the forms.

GNOME 3.0

Went well. Social part went well. Turn out was good. New people would come again. GNOME people liked it. Day and time good.

Chorlton's Big Green Festival 2011

Sharing with Des Green. Philosophy clash concern. We are go!

ACTION: - Llewyn to organise and email out to team.

Donate some books to Madlab.

ACTION: - All to think about this.

Promotional Material

Mike's new leaflet is good. Mike couldn't view Llewyn's banner.

ACTION: - Llewyn to resend door banner.

Software Freedom Day 2011

Llewyn is liaising with Arcspace/Hackademia/Vicky.
