Things that can be standardized

Within each language:

  • HTML <HEAD>
  • Header (everything visible from the big title down to the point where the background changes color for the first time)
  • Footer
  • Each of the steps in all the OS pages, except for a few specific ones

Across all languages:

  • Structure (number, order and HTML ids of sections)
  • Language picker (though it will lose its highlighting)
