https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Group:Hardware/Directory_Migration somewhere on the main page of h-node.org?
Suggestions
One major obstacle for the FSF is that they are undermanned. To give them more resources certain pages should in my opinion be moved to to gnu.org that can be handled by volunteers.
