After completing a task:
- Go into the project page and click "Edit with form" at the top.
- Add your name to the comma-separated "Completed by" list and save.
- Edit the "Results" page to include a description of what you did, and include "Maxshinn 15:20, 10 January 2010 (UTC)" at the end of your description to identify yourself.
