An update from the FSF campaigns team
Campaigning for free software. FSF's Holmes Wilson will give an update on FSF's latest campaigns (including Defective by Design campaigns against DRM-encumbered devices like the iPad and the Kindle) and open the floor to discussion.
Holmes Wilson is an FSF Campaigns Manager. Previously, he was a co-founder of Downhill Battle, OpenCongress and the Participatory Culture Foundation, makers of the free software video tool Miro. He has been working on many of this year's Defective by Design campaigns, including actions against the Kindle and the iPad. [File:http://static.fsf.org/fsforg/img/holmes.jpg]
